You only have to wash one pot when you're done, and you can even eat directly from it. So ditch the takeout and make yourself a delicious, healthy meal that you deserve.

Some of our favorites are below. Note: These recipes should feed 3-4 people, but you may need to adjust ingredients depending on the size of your party.

Beef Taco Skillet

Ingredients:

1/2 pound ground beef

1-ounce can black beans

One large tomato

4 ounces tortilla chips

1/2 cup shredded cheese

One green onion stalk

One packet of taco seasoning, but you can easily make your own.

How to make it:

To prepare, first slice the green onion and dice the tomatoes into small cubes. Then, pour one tablespoon of oil into a skillet and stir-fry the tomatoes until they soften slightly.

After that, add in the ground beef to cook thoroughly over medium heat. Afterwards, mix in black beans and taco seasoning before cooking for an additional two minutes so everything is properly combined.

Then it's time to plate! Add tortilla chips to your mixture then top with shredded cheese (to taste) allowing it melt into all sorts of deliciousness. Finally garnish with more green onions on top and serve hot! Enjoy!
